A poem

Oh God, please forgive me
If I have
Forgotten to laugh,
Forgotten to cry.
Forgotten that you have been crucified

for my sake and said

"Forgive them Father,

for they know not what they are doing."
That You did it all to love me,

to have a relationship with me,

And to ask me to do the same:
To love others,

to have a relationship with others--
Those whom You love.

Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love,

that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
